Haiti Relief and Rebuild Fund

On January 12, 2010, a 7.0 magnitude earthquake struck the country of Haiti, just 10 miles from the country's capital, Port-au-Prince. There have been at least 13 aftershocks with magnitudes above 5.0, according to the USGS. At least one major hospital was destroyed, and the city of Port-au-Prince is particularly vulnerable to damage due to its high population density. Read more »
