Empowering Orphans of the AIDS Pandemic in Zimbabwe | AFCA

One Day's Wages is excited to partner with The American Foundation for Children with AIDS (AFCA). Through this matching grant AFCA seeks to empower communities in Zimbabwe who have been hit hard by the AIDS pandemic to take control of a brighter and healthier future. ODW will match the $12,030 raised for a total of $24,070.

Community Gardens in Niger | RAIN

One Day’s Wages is excited to announce a $11,754 grant to RAIN for the Sahel and Sahara (RAIN), a Nonprofit organization working to address the food security of communities in Niger. 

This grant will go towards the construction of two (2) School Market Gardens in the Tuareg Communities of Niger. These gardens will help provide food for the children and income for the schools, approximately 2,000 people will benefit from this project.

Transitions Global | Fighting Human Trafficking; Empowering Girls in Cambodia

One Day’s Wages is thrilled to announce an $8,000 grant to Transitions Global, a Nonprofit in Cambodia that provides holistic rehabilitation services to women who have survived the sex trafficking industry. 

This grant will provide six (6) computers and internet access in the Transitional Living Center (TLC) where trafficked survivors will have the opportunity to practice and receive training with technology.

Clean Water in Liberia | Well Done Organization

One Day’s Wages is excited to announce a $10,000 grant to Well Done Organization (WDO), a non-profit organization working to address the water security of communities in Liberia. 

This grant will go towards the construction of three (3) wells in Peace Community and a comprehensive hygiene program that will impact approximately 1,350 people.

100,000 Trees in Madagascar

After sucessfully rasing funds to plant over 140,000 trees in Ethiopia, One Day's Wages is proud to launch a second partnership with Eden Reforestation Projects. We aspire to raise $10,000 to help plant 100,000 trees in Madagascar that will not only make a dramatic impact in poverty reduction through environmental stewardship, but also create jobs and living wages for those planting trees. Improving Children's Health in India | Sahaya
