Who is Eden Reforestation Projects?
Eden Reforestation Projects recreates healthy forest systems that restore hope, alleviate suffering, empower people, and build local economies in impoverished communities.
Why is reforestation important?
The global deforestation problem is not a “casual emergency.” There is an urgent need to plant billions of trees. Eden is committed to finding the most cost-effective means of doing just that, ensuring that donations lead to as many trees as possible.
What is the ODW-Eden partnership?
ODW and Eden are partnering to fund a project of $20,000 USD in Ethiopia. This will plant 200,000 trees in Ethiopia, providing a total of 2,000 days of living wage employment for area farmers.
