Global Street Team

The One Day’s Wages Global Street Team is an integral part of our growth and movement as an organization. Street Team members will represent One Day’s Wages in their local communities, cities, and countries. They will equip themselves with resources and knowledge surrounding issues of global poverty and will seek to educate their local communities, as well. As representatives of One Day’s Wages, they will invite others to join the movement of fighting extreme global poverty also.

Global Street Team Member Actions:

  • Quarterly meeting attendance (conference call).
  • Throw at least one fundraiser on behalf of One Day’s Wages.
  • Promote ODW through social media: facebook, twitter, etc.
  • Recruitment of 2 additional Street Team members.
  • Mentorship of new Street Team members.

Global Street Team Benefits:

  • The chance to work with dynamic, passionate team of students, young professionals, academics, faith communities, business owners, retirees, and many more who are all working together to alleviate extreme global poverty.
  • Gain knowledge and awareness of issues surrounding poverty and injustice. Learn to speak for those who cannot speak for themselves and opportunity to collaborate with others who are doing the same.
  • An ODW t-shirt after you raise $250!
