Partners in Health + ODW

 

Organization Profile:

Partners in Health strives to provide an alternative to the conventional curative method of treatment for the sick and instead tries to prevent diseases before they occur. This model believes that primary health care is essential because health is a right and therefore, it should be available to everyone. PIH strives to bring good medical care to the poor by establishing long-term partnerships with local sister organizations.

ODW Partnership:

Haiti Refund & Relief Fund

Partner Project: $50,000

ODW was proud to partner with Partners in Health as well as World Concern, organizations doing relief and rebuilding work in Haiti. 

Partners in Health has been working on the ground in Haiti for over 20 years. Their mission is to bring modern medical care to poor communities in nine countries around the world, including Haiti. 

ODW raised and distributed $100,000 funds to our partners as they engaged the critical work of disaster relief.
