1. After you have made a donation, look for the link at the bottom of your receipt or the Thank You page to manage your donor portal. If you are still having trouble locating the link, please contact* us‬ and we can manually send you the link for your to login into your donor portal.
2. Go ahead and click on the link, and our processing platform, RaiseDonors, will recognize you by your email.
3. If it’s your first time using the portal, you’ll be asked to create a password.
4. If you’ve used it before, you’ll be prompted to enter your password. If you forget it, you have the option to reset it anytime.
5. From there you will be to update your payment method on file for a recurring gift. Please note that we do not have access to update stored payment method information, so if you are still having trouble creating or logging into your donor portal, feel free to reach out to our team*.
